Thelan's Critical Care Nursing: Diagnosis and Management is the established market leader in the field of critical care nursing textbooks. This textbook provides a comprehensive, detailed discussion of critical care nursing subjects; its ten units are organized around alterations in body systems. The first unit of Thelan's Critical Care Nursing: Diagnosis and Management lays the foundation of critical care nursing, providing students with background information on issues that affect all aspects of their day to day clinical work. The second unit deals with concerns for specific special populations that the student may encounter in the critical care unit. The remaining units of Thelan's Critical Care Nursing: Diagnosis and Management are organized around alterations in body systems.
