Comment: From the way the ad was worded, I assumed I was getting the only used book (since I had been told that it was out of print). I was horrified to find out that I had paid over $400.00 for a USED book that actually cost less than $50.00 when brand new. Ouch.

Comment: This is just a great book (witness how the few used copies are all going for higher than list). We have about 4 EMG/NCV atlas-type publications hanging around our EMG lab, but everybody reaches for the Perotto. It's been out of publication for a while, which caused many graduating residents to covet it (and some to copy it), but they just did a reprint in June so hopefully this will increase supply. The single most useful feature is the cross-sectional anatomy diagrams. I can tell at a glance how deep I need to go, and what high-value targets, so to speak, that I might hit if I miss the mark (arteries, veins, that sort of thing). Love it!
