Now I have sent it to two of my adult children, and will send it to the other two. This is a difficult read for a layperson, but is the clearest description of the connection between genetics, lifestyle, food, and drink. This is a must for anyone who wishes to fully understand and be proactive about one's own health. Customer Rating: Summary: Everyone should read this even if they think they're not at risk Comment: Seven out of ten people who drop dead of a heart attack have a normal standard lipid profile (LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, Total Cholesterol). Clearly there are elements in the blood that are not being measured. Dr. Superko clearly explains what these elements are and how to get them measured and why.
