Summary: Too many case studies
Comment: Not a how to. Dr. Michael Smith's audiobooks are a better bet. This book contains too many case studies. The first 3-5 chapters are good, but the rest seemed like just "filler" material. Good theoretical base, but again, I prefer Dr. Smith's Full Sensory Intuition.

Summary: what an amazing woman
Comment: This woman is totally amazing and very inspirational to anyone who wants to delve deeper into the psyche and the meaning of what is our subconscious. She's funny, talented as a medical intuitive and very comparable to the average person who has self doubts and feels a little like a fish out of water themselves. I'd have her over my place for a dinner party in a flash!!
Do your self a favour if you really want to connect wholistically with your emotional/ intuitive self and your physical body and recognise why your health issues are as they are and where they stem from.

Summary: Fairly useful but more how-to detail would have made it more valuable
Comment: The author's story (which doesn't intrude all that much) was personally remarkable: a narcoleptic MD with spinal troubles who becomes a "medical intuitive." There was some good information here, running along the same lines as Anatomy Of The Spirit by Caroline Myss: basically how certain health conditions arise out of imbalances in the chakras (which Schultz, betraying a little western-medicine snobbery, terms "emotional centers" even though it's obvious she's talking about chakras). This book seemed less grim than Anatomy, but could have included more detail on how everyone can develop her own intuition about chakra health.

Comment: This book gives a good explanation of the "nuts and bolts" of how intuition works. I'd like to see more of a "why" explanation added, with credit given to the ultimate Designer of the human brain. Also more of a section on "How To" would have been more helpful.
