Summary: For the motivated student
Comment: The 5 books in this series were incredibly helpful for blowing away the USMLE. If you want to barely pass, get First Aid and hope that is enough (it's not). The questions in these books were very difficult, but after suffering through them then reading the explanations I felt very prepared for the USMLE.
