The authors describe in detail the key anatomic structures and the technical aspects of each approach, so that the surgeon can safely gain access to the region of the craniofacial skeleton requiring surgery. This Second Edition includes full-color intraoperative photographs that complement the surgical drawings. Several new approaches have been added--the transconjunctival approach to the medial orbit, subtarsal approach to the internal orbit, Weber-Ferguson approach to the midface, and facial degloving approach to the midface.

Comment: The second edition is even better than the first one. It is a must for every ENT, Plastic and OMFS residents. Also would be helpful for surgeons in practice to review.

Comment: I am an Army Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and just looked through my new second edition. I have used this book for several years now, through residency, and have found it to be very helpful. The new 2nd edition is much better with updated photos and illustrations, new approaches, and great explanations. I have shared this book with my ENT/Head & Neck Surgery and Plastic Surgery colleagues. I recommend this text to residents, fellows and practitioners.
