Summary: Excellent "Real Life" audiograms
Comment: It is difficult to get excited about workbooks and textbooks, especially in the field of audiology. Sharon Hepfner has provided a workbook full of real audiograms done on real people that maybe we should call "Reality Learning." Students of medicine and audiology, as well as those early in their careers, will gain a tremendous understanding by going through this workbook. I suggest you read through each section before completing the Evaluations. The book is divided into 6 sections (SNHL, CHL, Mixed, Normal, Nonorganic, and Practice Audiograms) and begins with an overview of testing instructions for various testing procedures as well as patient conditions and circumstances that require test modification. This workbook is worth its weight in gold.
