Unfortunately, we live in a world full of toxins. From the air we breath, to the water we drink, to the food we eat, we are inundated with toxins that have no business being in our bodies. On hot summer days we hear newscasters warning us about smog advisories. When we look at the nutritional label on the food in our cabinets we see ingredients that we can't pronounce; and when we turn on our faucets, the water barely tastes like water anymore. Everyday our bodies suffer a constant bombardment of toxins, but with the Essential Cleansing for Perfect Health program, we have the choice to fight back.

Comment: I purchased this book and found it so easy to understand the health concepts it contains. It makes sense and contains useful and easy to follow information to improve your over all health. I have purchased many of the Renewlife Products and my health has improved greatly since I have preformed several cleanses and am taking the daily all organic suppliment. I have twice the energy and feel just great, better then I have felt in many years. My doctor was amazed at the improvement in my over all health and became interested in reading Brenda's book to help his other patients. I would recomment this book to anyone who wants to improve their health, have more energy and maybe get off some of the doctors medicine they are taking. Another great side effect of the advice in her books and taking the daily suppliments is weight loss. After reading Essential Cleansing I bought more of Brenda Watson's book and have continued to immprove my health and weight loss. I truly believe what she teaches should be taught to doctors in medical school so they can really help and cure their patients instead of giving them drugs that either mask symptoms or create so many side effect that patients sometimes develope more problems and don't know why. It's a great book that doesn't take long to read through and understand. I say, give it a try, you have nothing to loose but bad health and extra pounds.
