Summary: grat book poor shipping
Comment: Geared for the professional, this book will round out basic knowledge and is very helpful.
My book arrived bent and rumpled just thrown in a box, unlike AMAZON'S usual great service.
After calling they did replace the book immediatly, the second book came shrink wrapped and packed properly.
These things happen and Amazon is great at rectifying them.
