Consumer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: The title says it all. A good review of pros & cons Comment: There are many reasons and concerns one would have before one would undergo castration. The decision is irreversable. To ignore the disadvantages of the procedure would be unwise. I consider the book to be a thoughtful expose which effectively laid out the pros and cons. I made a thoughtful and informed decision to proceed and had my testes surgically removed in a hospital by a skilled surgeon. That was 10 months ago. No regrets.
