Comment: I bought this book and also bought Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for the Extremities: A Practical Guide to Songography of the Extremities by Randy E Moore. I prefer Dr. Moore's text, the pictures are better. This book doesn't have the patient and probe positions pictures, which are very helpful.
