Comment: As a teacher and neurosurgical intensivist,I ponder at the end of each day one book I could tell my Master of Neurosurgery(University Sains Malaysia) residents to read!?.Well,now the problem is solved.We have a book that is non bulky,easy to read and digest,has recent information and inexpensive.Read this book,you will use it daily....needs to be chained to the Neuro ICU central nurses table...because it is so popular it might just walk off.
