Comment: Nothing really new in here. Any health food store will tell you the suppliments that treat prostate and, of course, everone can benefit from eating healthy and exercise. Save your money and search The Internet for the same or more relevant information.

Comment: Dr. Katz's gives the reader a complete picture of the prostate function and conditions that develope. He gives you a complete guide to actions in both Conventional and Holistic treatment. I have read a few books on the subject Dr. Katz's book is the most complete that I have read. As a layman trying to take care of my prostate I highly recommend his book.This books belongs in everyman's library at age 30 and over..

Comment: I wanted the most current, practical, and accurate information available for prostate health written in an easy style, but with thorough information. I found it in Dr. Katz'a book. It is written in a positive style from a complimentary medicine viewpoint, and so includes all genuine sources of maintaining prostate health from conventional medicine to the best of natural health aids. I find it the perfect prostate health guide for today's man. I value it.

Comment: The simplicity of the medical language used is a great tool for a patient to understand exactly what is happening with the prostate. It helped me really a lot and it also downsized the initial scare I received. Excellent source for nutrional information and life style advices to manage this condition, that sooner or later will affect every man. The book, in my opinion, is a strongly suggested reading for every man in his 40's. Very simple, in my case, my pr. trouble is gone.

Summary: PSA Reversed
Comment: I had prostate cancer and chose radical prostatectomy for treatment. Prognosis was good eventhough my Gleasons had been 9 & 10. PSA should have remained zero, but began to climb two years after surgery. I studied Dr. Katz book, followed several of his recommendations, and within two months my PSA dropped from 15+ down to 13.7 and hopefully will continue in that direction. The book is very credible. His redcommendations are all backed up with good data and science.
Every man ought to read this book ,whether or not he's had prostate trouble.
