Comment: Its measurement precision is very accurate and I am impressed since the results got from it are basically the same as the ones got at the doctor's office. Needless to say that the software the accompanies it is fantastic and gives you important information on your blood pressure.

Comment: I have had no problem with the mini USB connector as reported by some reviewers. The unit works well. I had some problems with the upload and graphing software installation, but once I got it working, I was very pleased with the software operation. And I know of no competing product with any equivalent software or uplink capability.

Summary: 2 years of use and still going strong
Comment: I have been using this monitor for 2 years and still use it daily. I have it checked at my Drs. office (his recommendation) every 6 months and it's always accurate - his nurse uses this on one arm and does the manual one on other at same time. I love being able to download the readings and print a report to take to the Dr - it's quick and easy and he doesn't have to read my handwriting (much better than his is!). I highly recommend it. I did have to replace my large cuff a few months ago - left it on the end table and my puppy chewed a hole in the tubing. If you get one and have pets, put it up where they can't get to it!! :)

Summary: Microlife 3AC1-PC Software Quirk
Comment: I learned the hard way that the software will only work if your C: drive is your system partition. If not, it will fail when you start it up. Unfortunately, unlike more than 99% of the software available for PCs, this software won't let you choose where to install it; instead, it automatically installs itself on your system partition.
While this won't be an issue for most home PC users, it was for me. Hopefully this review will help others who have the same problem.
