The Sissel Pilates Mini Ball is a sure way to tone your abs and inner thighs as well as increase your flexibility, strength and endurance! The Sissel Pilates Mini Ball is also a wonderful tool for adding focus & energy to your workouts.
It is also suitable for relaxation and deep relaxation, for abdominal muscle training and neck massages. It can also be used as supporting cushion, when it is partially inflated.
The Sissel Pilates Mini Ball is easy to inflate by gently blowing into the inflation straw (included). Please note color not exactly as shown.

Summary: very bad customer service
Comment: I purchased this ball with the recommended mini air pump from the vendor Sissel recently. The mini air pump is a piece of junk --- came with no instruction at all, and a needle that can not be fitted to the pump. The ball looks bad as well --- well as you cannot use the pump as they advertised, you have to use a straw to inflate it.
I'm so disappointed with these products that I want to return them -- however, I was told by the C.R. that I'm not going to be refunded for the freight cost ($6.49) and I have to ship it back out of my own pocket --- and you can imagine how cheap the company is. Better just go to some local sports store and buy a better pilates ball.

Comment: great product, i use it to do my sit ups, and it takes the pain out of your back. Just lock your feet into something, or put on some ankle weights, and you get a great workout. almost got my 6 pack

Comment: This item makes doing abdominal workouts (crunches, etc.) almost fun. I love it. I have seen almost instant results, and I usually consider the areas it works to be hopeless problem areas. I must admit to the caveat that I have a yogalates instructor now, and she is the one who showed me how to use it.

Comment: The ball works as it is supposed to and it is certainly cheaper than the Bender Ball. Kind of silly how you have to blow it up with a straw( I used a pump from other balance balls) and it always deflates a little when you place the pin. Actually, a children's plastic ball that you buy at the supermarket works just as well and costs a whole lot less.

Comment: For the price the balls are perfect. I am an instructor and I use them in my classes. They seem to not hold air very long, after one class they need to be blown up again. But overall I am satisfied.
