Summary: Just had a baby? Great workout!!
Comment: I am a mother of 3 whose youngest child is 21 months old. I was 38 years old when I had the last child and it had been difficult losing the weight. I heard about Barry's Bootcamp System and ordered the videos. I have been doing the videos at least 3 times a week for the last 45 days and see my body getting toned and I am losing inches. Great Workout!!!

Summary: Great at home workout
Comment: I bought this because I found it on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I had already purchased 5 day academy used and found those to be a great intense workout. I know these are not 5 day academy but they are a great workout especially in the 28 mintues from warm up to stretch. I have been at this for almost 4 full weeks and can see changes in my body from doing this system. I hope he comes out with more workouts like the 1000 which is a combination of the upper and lower body moves you do but a 100 reps of 10 exercises and you really feel it when you're done. This system is complete and will give you a total body workout and a way to get into shape without going to the gym. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a great workout at home.

Comment: Barry's Boot Camp is absolutely AMAZING!! It is the best at-home workout I have ever tried! Not to mention it saves you a lot of time!! I am a graduate student, so I don't have much free time, but these workouts easily fit into my hectic schedule. My arms got toned, and I lost inches off my waist and my thighs in just under 2 months!! I started seeing results in about 2 weeks. To top it all...ITS FUN!!! I RECOMMEND THIS WORKOUT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

Summary: Couldn't believe it....
Comment: If you're thinking about getting this workout system, DO IT! If you are going to commit to it and do what they say and do the workout everyday as suggested bottom line is you will see results. I must confess though that i have not followed the eating plan but i have been trying to keep my calorie intake below 1,200 calories per day. I have been doing this workout for about a month now, the scale didn't move much, but i have lost 12.5 inches all around. That may not seem like much but just about everybody i know have noticed and it feels GREAT! Now THIS is what i'm sticking to!

Comment: The dvd's were scratched up and I had to get a replacement order and they were scrached to and skipping or going back to the beginning of the workout was a bit of a pain .But the work out is great and thats why I have decided to keep it and deal with it.And make it a lesson known by it at the store so you dont have the return hassle.
